Do you accept exchanges or returns?
All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If the product is damaged, please contact our email at [email protected] with the order number, name, and photo of the product condition.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes. All unshipped items have within 24 hours from order time to be canceled. Any items passed the given time or already shipped cannot be canceled.


My tracking has not been updated, why?
Tracking may take up to 72 hours to be updated by various postal services.


When do new items become available?
